As a parent I know how hectic weekends are and I want to thank you all for participating in picture day.

We have posted the specific time for each team in the league's online game schedule:
and we've added a link to the order forms from your home page (in the left column, under the players name) as well. But, the easiest way to see it all is on this page: http://fairfieldamericanll.org/pda.asp
Please take a moment to print and review the two pages of the order forms for each child before coming to the field. These forms already have your player information displayed, making the ordering process easier for you. All you will need to do is indicate what you would like to purchase and hand in the form with payment (cash or check only).
Here are a few guidelines to ensure the photo sessions run smoothly:

All photos will be taken at Mill Hill School (googlemaps).

Please be on time. This means being at the field 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to process the paperwork. Last year we stayed on schedule for all of the shoots.

Please have your child wear their complete uniform, including hat. If your child wants their picture taken with their bat or glove, bring that too (although we also have bats).

Please come to Picture Day even if you have no plans to buy any photos. We will photograph all players whether they are buying anything or not, and your child's teammates want the entire team in the team photo.

If your child has a conflict and can't make their scheduled time then just show up any other time we're shooting and we'll squeeze them in.

If you would like a picture of your children together or if you're a coach and want a picture with your son/daughter let us know and we'll squeeze that picture in as well.

Rain may force us to cancel a session and reschedule on the rain date (5/23). Because we're not on the fields we will not follow the field closures. We may be able to shoot even if the fields are closed. We will post any cancellation or changes on the league's website. It is possible that we may have to cancel only a morning or afternoon session so if there is any doubt please check the website for updates.
