Dear Parents,

I've been glued to the weather forecast all day long and I'm not confidant that we'll be able to get tomorrow's picture day in without Mother Nature throwing a wrench in our plans. Combine the gloomy forecast with the fact that I've heard from several families who are not going to be here tomorrow and I think the best course of action is to postpone picture day until next Saturday (6/18).

The big benefit is that all of the kids will already be in uniform for their games. I know its the last day of the season for your teams and some may have been planning an end-of-the-season bash. Mill Hill is a perfect place to have your celebrations.

I'll keep the current schedule for today (6/11) and update the date to 6/18.

Managers: If the time doesn't work for your team, there are several open slots throughout the day and I'll be happy to move your slot to accomodate your team. Just let me know.

I'm sorry for any confusion or problems this may cause but I think its the best plan.

Fairfield American 2011 Picture Day

Hi Fairfield American Families,

As a parent I know how hectic your weekends are and I want to thank you all for participating in picture day. As soon as the specific times have been selected we'll send those along, but for now the tentative schedule is:

	9-12	1-4
Sat 5/28	Majors	Majors
Sat 6/4	Sr. Cappy	AA
Sun 6/5	AAA	T-Ball
Sat 6/18	Jr. Cappy	Future Stars

Each team's manager selected their own time slot so please confirm your teams time on the schedule below.

All photos will be at Mill Hill, which allows you and your child to grab a hot dog from AJ's and watch some of the Major League games before or after your session.

The league and commissioners will select their specific timeslots according to their game schedule. Please take a moment to print and complete the order form before coming to the field.

Here are a few guidelines to ensure the photo sessions run smoothly:

Please be on time. This means being at the field 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to process the paperwork.
As soon as you get to the field proceed directly to the checkin desk. Fill out your form and hand it to the staff at the checkin desk. They will accept payment, verify the information and give you further instructions.
Please have your child wear their complete uniform, including hat.
Please come to Picture Day even if you have no plans to buy any photos. We will photograph all players whether they are buying anything or not, and your child's teammates want the entire team in the team photo.
If your child has a conflict and can't make their scheduled time then just show up any other time we're shooting and we'll squeeze them in.
If your family would like a photo but are facing financial difficulties please contact me directly at support@shelbylevino.com after the photos are taken.
